Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their insurance and financial needs.
  • Conduct professional financial needs analysis to recommend the most suitable AXA insurance products.
  • Proactively prospect for new clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales service, including policy updates, claims assistance, and ongoing financial reviews.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, product training, and professional development workshops.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of ethical professional practice.
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive insurance proposals and documentation for prospective clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
