Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their insurance and financial needs.
- Conduct professional financial needs analysis to recommend the most suitable AXA insurance products.
- Proactively prospect for new clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Provide exceptional post-sales service, including policy updates, claims assistance, and ongoing financial reviews.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, product training, and professional development workshops.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of ethical professional practice.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive insurance proposals and documentation for prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed and a passion for sales.
- Highly organized, self-disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital communication tools.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
