Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and recruit prospective clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling within the Pangasinan region.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis (FNA) to understand the unique goals and risk profiles of individual and corporate clients.
- Design and present customized insurance and investment packages that align with client financial objectives.
- Provide expert advice on life insurance, health coverage, and educational funds to ensure comprehensive protection.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, conducting regular policy reviews and updates.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the branch management.
- Coordinate with the claims and underwriting departments to ensure a smooth onboarding and service experience for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and AXA’s latest product offerings to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Finance preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts simply.
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire for financial independence.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or banking is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to undergo training and obtain necessary licensing from the Insurance Commission.
- Strong networking skills and deep familiarity with the local market in San Manuel and surrounding areas.
- High level of integrity and a professional demeanor when dealing with diverse clients.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection effectively in a competitive sales environment.
