Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients to present AXA’s insurance products and services.
  • Conduct needs analysis to recommend suitable life, health, and investment-linked insurance plans.
  • Prepare and deliver customized insurance proposals to individuals and families.
  • Manage client relationships by providing ongoing support, policy reviews, and claims assistance.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive overall branch performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to undergo company-sponsored insurance licensing and training.
