Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients to present AXA’s insurance products and services.
- Conduct needs analysis to recommend suitable life, health, and investment-linked insurance plans.
- Prepare and deliver customized insurance proposals to individuals and families.
- Manage client relationships by providing ongoing support, policy reviews, and claims assistance.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive overall branch performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to undergo company-sponsored insurance licensing and training.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Resident of Tayug, Pangasinan or willing to relocate.
