Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to identify client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance products and financial solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively prospect for new business opportunities through networking, community engagement, and referrals.
- Explain policy details, coverage options, and claim procedures clearly to clients to ensure transparency.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals as defined by management.
- Accurately prepare and process all necessary policy documentation and renewals.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or High School Diploma with relevant experience).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle is preferred for client visits.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to undergo continuous professional development and product training.
