Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present and explain insurance products and policies to potential and existing clients.
- Achieve sales targets and grow the client base in the assigned area.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Provide ongoing support and service to clients, including policy renewals and claims assistance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for helping others achieve financial security.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
