Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs, financial goals, and risk profiles
- Present and explain AXA's comprehensive range of insurance products and financial solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through excellent service
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining quality standards
- Conduct market research and community outreach to identify potential business opportunities
- Provide ongoing policy servicing including renewals, claims assistance, and client inquiries
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with team members and management to enhance overall branch performance
