Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct needs analyses, present policy options, and explain coverage details in clear, client-friendly language.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive lead generation, client follow-ups, and referrals.
- Prepare quotes, complete policy applications, and coordinate with underwriting teams to ensure timely approvals.
- Provide proactive client service, including policy reviews, renewals, and claims assistance.
- Stay current on AXA product offerings, regulatory requirements, and market trends; participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Represent AXA Philippines professionally at events and in community activities while upholding compliance and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; higher preference for candidates with exposure to sales or financial services.
- Sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Ability to analyze client needs and tailor appropriate insurance solutions.
