Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for potential and existing clients to identify their protection and investment gaps.
- Develop and present personalized financial plans utilizing AXA’s diverse portfolio of life, health, and investment-linked products.
- Proactively prospect and generate new leads within Villasis and surrounding areas in Pangasinan to expand the client base.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with clients through regular policy reviews and excellent after-sales service.
- Assist clients through the claims process, ensuring a seamless and empathetic experience during critical times.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and activity KPIs set by the agency management.
- Stay updated on local market trends, regulatory changes, and new AXA product launches to provide accurate advice.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Finance is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of self-discipline and goal orientation.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or financial services is preferred but not required.
- Must be willing to undergo professional training and obtain necessary licenses from the Insurance Commission.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital platforms for presentations and client management.
- Residing in or willing to work in Villasis, Pangasinan.
