Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the Urdaneta City area to grow your portfolio.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis to recommend appropriate AXA insurance and investment products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular reviews and high-quality service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly performance targets.
- Provide expert advice on life insurance, health coverage, and financial planning solutions.
- Prepare professional presentations and proposals tailored to individual and corporate client requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide accurate financial guidance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
