Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial protection needs.
- Provide expert financial advice and recommend suitable insurance solutions based on thorough risk assessment.
- Conduct regular financial review meetings to ensure client portfolios remain aligned with their long-term goals.
- Proactively generate leads and expand your network within the Sison and Pangasinan community.
- Deliver professional presentations and conduct product demonstrations for individuals and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy issuance and high-quality customer service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using our CRM systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and new product launches from AXA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles is a significant advantage.
- High level of integrity, self-motivation, and a drive to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Resilient personality with excellent problem-solving and negotiation capabilities.
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for daily operations and client engagement.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
- Must be currently based in or willing to relocate to Sison, Pangasinan.
