Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their long-term financial goals.
- Conduct professional financial needs analysis to provide tailored insurance and investment solutions.
- Proactively prospect for new business opportunities within the San Jacinto area and surrounding regions.
- Educate clients on various AXA product offerings, including life, health, and general insurance policies.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor policy renewals and assist clients with claims processing to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and product knowledge training workshops.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client management preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a passion for helping others.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in office software applications.
- Resident of or willing to work in San Jacinto, Pangasinan.
