Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for individual and corporate clients to recommend suitable insurance and investment products.
  • Prospect and develop a robust pipeline of potential clients within the Pangasinan region through networking and referrals.
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing policyholders to ensure high retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Educate clients on various financial solutions including life protection, health insurance, and educational funds.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the agency management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes in the insurance industry.
  • Prepare and present professional financial proposals and manage the end-to-end application process for clients.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field (Business, Finance, or Marketing preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
