Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis for individual and corporate clients to recommend suitable insurance and investment products.
- Prospect and develop a robust pipeline of potential clients within the Pangasinan region through networking and referrals.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing policyholders to ensure high retention and customer satisfaction.
- Educate clients on various financial solutions including life protection, health insurance, and educational funds.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the agency management.
- Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes in the insurance industry.
- Prepare and present professional financial proposals and manage the end-to-end application process for clients.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field (Business, Finance, or Marketing preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical financial practices.
- Willingness to undergo training and obtain necessary licenses from the Insurance Commission.
- Experience in sales, banking, or financial services is an advantage but not required.
- Local residency in San Fabian or nearby areas in Pangasinan is preferred for better client reach.
