Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through networking, referrals, and community outreach in Manaoag and surrounding areas.
  • Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend suitable insurance products (life, health, investment-linked plans).
  • Present and explain policy terms, benefits, and coverage to clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Prepare and submit accurate insurance applications, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Provide ongoing customer service, policy renewals, and claims assistance to maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to ethical sales practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and market developments to effectively advise clients.
  • Collaborate with team members and attend training sessions to enhance skills and performance.

Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in any field; Business, Marketing, or Finance related courses are preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
