Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers through networking, referrals, and community events.
- Conduct needs analysis and present tailored insurance solutions to meet client financial goals.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and manage follow‑ups to ensure conversion.
- Provide ongoing policy servicing, including renewals, endorsements, and claims assistance.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- Willingness to undergo training and obtain relevant insurance certifications (e.g., CIe, ICD).
