Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients, explaining AXA's life and health insurance solutions and tailoring recommendations to individual needs.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, providing ongoing service and policy reviews.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting, cross‑selling, and up‑selling of insurance products.
- Conduct needs assessments, present clear proposals, and help clients select suitable coverage.
- Prepare and present accurate quotations, policy documents, and enrollment forms.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and ensure timely processing of applications and claims.
- Collaborate with team members and managers, participate in trainings, and stay updated on product features and regulatory requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries, and act with integrity and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, marketing, finance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex products simply.
- Proven track record in sales or customer service, ideally in insurance or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, risk concepts, and financial planning basics.
- Ethical, compliant, and customer‑focused, with high integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency with computers, MS Office, and CRM systems; ability to manage and analyze client data.
