Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Conduct needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance products (life, health, investment-linked).
- Present and explain policy terms, benefits, and exclusions to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Process insurance applications, handle documentation, and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Provide ongoing customer service, policy reviews, and claims assistance to maintain client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to offer informed advice.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience preferred; insurance background is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to undergo training and obtain necessary insurance license (if not yet licensed).
- Proficient in basic computer applications and mobile tools for client management.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Malasiqui, Pangasinan.
