Responsibilities
- Manage and process general insurance claims (Non-Motor) efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct thorough investigations into claims, gathering necessary evidence and assessing liability.
- Communicate effectively with claimants, insurers, and third-party vendors to resolve issues.
- Review and interpret policy terms to determine coverage limits and exclusions.
- Document all claim activities and maintain precise records in the claims management system.
- Ensure all claims are handled in compliance with relevant insurance laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high client satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in general insurance claims handling, preferably non-motor.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Singapore work pass (or eligibility to work).
