Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end brokerage operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Manage and nurture client relationships, providing expert advice on policy coverage and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead the policy placement process, acting as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers to secure optimal terms.
- Monitor team performance, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational workflows to streamline policy renewals and claims processing.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust insurance product offerings effectively.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on portfolio performance and operational KPIs for senior management.
- Handle complex inquiries and resolve escalated client concerns with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in the insurance brokerage industry, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance principles, policy types, and local regulatory requirements in the Philippines.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
