Responsibilities
- Assist senior auditors in conducting audit procedures, including testing, documentation, and verification of financial statements
- Participate in client interviews and meetings to understand business processes and internal controls
- Prepare working papers and audit documentation in accordance with EY's quality standards
- Analyze financial data and identify potential risks or irregularities
- Learn and apply audit software and tools to enhance audit efficiency
- Contribute to team meetings and provide insights on audit findings
- Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines in all audit activities
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and auditing concepts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on challenges
