Responsibilities
- Assist the Business Development team in identifying and researching potential clients and market trends in the cybersecurity IT solutions sector.
- Support lead generation activities through online research, cold outreach, and networking events.
- Prepare and present sales materials, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions, pipeline status, and follow-up tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and product) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Attend client meetings (virtual or in-person) to understand their cybersecurity needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Provide administrative support for sales reports, competitor analysis, and market intelligence.
- Participate in team training sessions and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity, IT solutions, or technology sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Malay and Chinese are a plus).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn new skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and meet deadlines.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
