Lion Global Investors Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our HR & Corporate Services team for a 6-month internship starting in July 2026. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional corporate environment while contributing to meaningful HR operations and strategic initiatives.
As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our experienced HR professionals to support various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and corporate administration. You will gain exposure to industry-standard HR practices, deepen your understanding of the financial services landscape, and develop essential soft skills required for a successful career in human capital management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with high precision and confidentiality.
- Support the coordination of employee engagement activities and internal corporate events.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and exiting employees.
- Conduct research on HR market trends and best practices to support department projects.
- Handle general administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
- Draft internal communications and support documentation for corporate services policies.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A proactive learner with a keen interest in HR operations within the finance industry.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship for a duration of at least 6 months.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
