Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive compensation and benefits reviews aligned with international benchmarks

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years in compensation/benefits management with 3+ years international experience
- Expertise in designing global compensation structures and benefits frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven compensation modeling experience
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and compensation management software
- Knowledge of international labor laws and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills
