Responsibilities
- Lead complex business analysis for international consumer banking initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
- Elicit and document business requirements, translate into functional specifications, and drive solution design with IT teams.
- Own requirements traceability, define acceptance criteria, and support user acceptance testing and deployment.
- Analyze customer journeys, identify pain points, and propose process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
- Build data-driven insights using metrics and dashboards; support decision-making with BA deliverables.
- Partner with project management to ensure timely delivery, risk management, and compliance with financial controls.
- Mentor junior business analysts, share best practices, and contribute to BA governance.
- Collaborate with global teams and manage stakeholder expectations through clear, proactive communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field.
- 5-8 years of business analysis experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on consumer banking or digital channels.
- Strong requirements gathering, process modeling (BPMN), and documentation skills.
- Experience with data analysis, SQL, and building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau); proficient in Excel.
- Familiarity with regulatory and risk controls in banking; ability to translate regulatory needs into actionable requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities; ability to influence across geographies.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Agile/Scrum, PMP) a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with strong problem-solving skills.
