Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records in the system
- Support route optimization and scheduling to improve delivery efficiency
- Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with company policies
- Track shipments and resolve any delivery discrepancies or issues
- Collaborate with warehouse, customer service, and driver teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and process enhancements
- Generate reports on logistics performance and key metrics
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Available for a minimum 3-month internship commitment
