We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly organized Inventory Head to join our team in San Mateo, Rizal. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our operational success, ensuring that our warehouse processes are efficient, accurate, and scalable.
As the Inventory Head, you will oversee the end-to-end movement of goods, lead a dedicated warehouse team, and implement best practices in stock control. We are looking for a proactive leader who can translate raw data into actionable insights, minimize shrinkage, and optimize storage utilization. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement inventory control strategies to ensure 100% stock accuracy.
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
- Perform regular cycle counts and conduct comprehensive annual physical inventory audits.
- Manage logistics coordination to ensure timely delivery of supplies and finished goods.
- Analyze inventory reports to identify slow-moving items and optimize reorder points.
- Maintain strict warehouse organization and cleanliness in accordance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align stock levels with market demand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse supervision.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (ERP/WMS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of supply chain procedures and warehousing best practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to San Mateo, Rizal.
