Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts to ensure data integrity
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments while adhering to quality standards
- Prepare and organize outbound shipments, ensuring timely dispatch of products
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or low-stock items to management
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe by following proper housekeeping protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when necessary
- Assist with periodic inventory audits and cycle counts to minimize errors
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational course in logistics or warehouse management is a plus
- Previous experience in inventory, warehousing, or general labor is advantageous but not required
- Familiarity with basic inventory management concepts and warehouse procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and standing for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking and reporting purposes
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in stock counts
- Good communication skills in Filipino and English; ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to work in a team-oriented environment
