Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis and valuation of potential transactions, including DCF, comparable company analysis, and scenario modeling.
- Prepare investment memos, risk assessments, and board-ready presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support capital market activities, including debt and equity financing strategies; coordinate with treasury and compliance.
- Evaluate client needs, structure financing solutions, and perform due diligence on potential deals.
- Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure all transactions comply with internal policies and external laws.
- Collaborate with relationship managers to build client pipelines and provide high-quality financial advisory services.
- Assist in deal execution processes from structuring to closing, including documentation and coordination with legal teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial advisory; government or public sector experience is a plus.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and forecasting skills; proficiency in Excel and financial software.
- Knowledge of Philippine banking regulations, compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
