As an iOS Developer at Mindteck, you will leverage your expertise in iOS frameworks such as Core Data, along with advanced knowledge of offline storage, threading, and performance tuning. You will integrate with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services, and continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Responsibilities
- Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform using Swift and Objective-C.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define feature specifications and user stories.
- Implement efficient offline storage solutions and manage threading for smooth performance.
- Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries to connect iOS apps to back-end services.
- Optimize application performance through memory management, caching, and performance tuning.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS development trends, tools, and best practices.
- Participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an iOS Developer, with a strong portfolio of published apps.
- Proficiency in iOS frameworks such as Core Data, UIKit, and Foundation.
- Solid understanding of offline storage, threading, and performance optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and JSON/XML parsing.
- Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines (Human Interface Guidelines).
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Fastlane).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
