Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support, helpdesk, or IT administrative role.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows-based operating systems and common business software (e.g., MS Office, G-Suite).
