As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for positioning TRT as the premier partner for high-end IT server storage and networking solutions.
In this role, you will lead the charge in identifying new market opportunities, cultivating long-term relationships with corporate clients, and solving complex infrastructure challenges. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand TRT's market presence in the enterprise IT sector.
- Identify and qualify new B2B sales leads through networking, cold outreach, and industry events.
- Consult with C-level executives and IT managers to understand their server, storage, and networking pain points.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact technical presentations and customized solution proposals.
- Negotiate contract terms and close complex sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of long-term partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical engineering teams to ensure proposed storage and networking solutions align with client requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B business development, specifically within the IT infrastructure or hardware solutions space.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas in a competitive market.
- Strong technical aptitude with a working knowledge of server storage, networking, and data center environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of professional integrity and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage the sales lifecycle efficiently.
