Join TRT as an IT B2B Business Development Manager and lead the growth of our enterprise IT solutions in the East Region of Singapore. This role positions TRT as the preferred partner for resolving complex IT server storage and networking needs for mid-market and enterprise clients, delivering measurable business value through reliable technology and trusted relationships.

As a key player on our sales team, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle — from identifying high-potential opportunities to proposing tailored storage and networking solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals. You will collaborate with solutions architects and product teams to craft compelling ROI-driven business cases that address client pain points such as data growth, performance, security, and redundancy.

We’re looking for a results-oriented communicator with deep IT infrastructure knowledge and a consultative, solution-selling mindset. Successful candidates bring experience in B2B technology sales, a demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships, and a track record of achieving or exceeding quarterly targets. Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new IT B2B opportunities in the East Region, focusing on server storage and networking solutions.
  • Manage full sales cycle: needs assessment, solution design collaboration, proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with CRM tools; forecast accurately and meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with solutions architects, product specialists, and delivery teams to translate client requirements into compelling, ROI-driven IT solutions.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and business cases to C-level and IT stakeholders.
  • Negotiate terms, coordinate with legal and finance to close deals, and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
  • Develop strong long-term relationships with enterprise clients, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and gather customer feedback to improve offerings.
  • Represent TRT at industry events and webinars; participate in partner ecosystems to expand reach.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of B2B technology sales, preferably selling IT infrastructure, server storage, or networking solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise IT, storage architectures (SAN/NAS), networking, and security considerations; familiarity with cloud integration is a plus.
  • Proven track record delivering against sales targets and managing complex multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical executives.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics; data-driven approach.
