Rising Tide Digital is seeking a talented IT Business Analyst to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that project deliverables align with business goals. You will prepare essential project documents including Business Requirements, test scripts, user manuals, and training materials. This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive monthly salary of PHP 80,000 to PHP 85,000.
As an IT Business Analyst, you will collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support the development and testing phases. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as Business Requirements Documents, Functional Specifications, Test Scripts, User Manuals, and Training Materials.
- Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for development teams.
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and meetings.
- Develop and execute test cases to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Provide training and support to end users during rollout.
- Monitor project progress and report on status to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in creating business requirements and test documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
