Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to design scalable, efficient IT solutions
- Translate complex business problems into clear, actionable specifications and user stories
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Support testing activities including review of test cases and user acceptance testing
- Create and maintain technical documentation, flowcharts, and process models
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to ensure timely delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data and business needs
- Proficiency in requirement gathering methodologies and documentation tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle
- Familiarity with SQL, BPMN, UML, or similar business analysis tools is a plus
- Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
