Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential enterprise clients for IT system integration and managed services solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Conduct consultative sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with key decision-makers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal writing, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to design customized proposals that address client pain points.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in IT system integration, managed services, or related technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and network solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
  • Existing network of corporate clients in Singapore is a strong advantage.
