Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Assist in the setup and troubleshooting of user accounts and access permissions.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system to ensure knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with vendors or internal teams for escalation of complex technical problems.
- Conduct regular system health checks and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Provide prompt on-site support to end-users to ensure high levels of service satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or NITEC in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior internship or hands-on experience is a plus.
- Strong passion for technology and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to assist users with varying technical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to different sites (e.g., West or Tekong Island) as required.
- Proficiency in basic operating systems (Windows/macOS) and Microsoft Office suite.
