Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
  • Assist in the setup and troubleshooting of user accounts and access permissions.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system to ensure knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate with vendors or internal teams for escalation of complex technical problems.
  • Conduct regular system health checks and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Provide prompt on-site support to end-users to ensure high levels of service satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or NITEC in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior internship or hands-on experience is a plus.
