Citco is looking for a talented IT Developer – Dashboard Developer to strengthen reporting and visibility across our IT Services team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain standardized dashboards and KPI tracking solutions that empower decision‑makers with real‑time insights.
You will collaborate closely with business analysts, data engineers, and operational stakeholders to gather requirements, transform data into meaningful visual reports, and ensure data quality and consistency across the organization. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and KPI reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Partner with business units to gather and clarify data requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Build and optimize ETL processes and data models to support accurate and timely reporting.
- Monitor dashboard performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements for better usability.
- Document dashboard designs, data lineage, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Support ad‑hoc data analysis requests and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging BI trends and suggest improvements to the reporting framework.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in dashboard development with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel, with ability to manipulate large datasets.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, dimensional modeling, and ETL concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with API integrations and basic scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
