Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's internal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware systems.
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for staff, resolving hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular security updates, data backups, and disaster recovery planning.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights across all internal platforms.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to manage procurement and maintenance of IT assets.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to safeguard sensitive company data.
- Assist in the deployment of new software applications and hardware upgrades across the organization.
- Document technical processes and create knowledge-base materials to improve IT literacy among staff.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an IT support or systems administration role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and enterprise networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems independently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong commitment to data security and organizational compliance.
- Ability to work on-site in the West Region with flexibility to handle ad-hoc technical emergencies.
