Job Description

In this role, you will be the backbone of our technical operations, ensuring that our HQ and outlet teams have the seamless IT support they need to deliver the best customer experience.

As our IT Executive, you will manage our POS systems and network infrastructure remotely, troubleshooting issues as they arise and maintaining the technological heartbeat of our retail network. We are looking for someone who is quick on their feet, service-oriented, and passionate about solving complex technical challenges in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for POS systems across all retail outlets.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure issues to ensure zero downtime.
  • Perform remote system configurations and software updates for HQ and outlet hardware.
  • Manage technical documentation and keep an inventory of IT assets.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to streamline digital workflows and outlet procedures.
  • Escalate critical technical faults to senior management or external vendors when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company cybersecurity policies across all connected devices.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of POS systems and network connectivity (Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel to outlets for on-site support when remote troubleshooting is insufficient.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based management systems is an added advantage.
