Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and hardware systems
- Implement and oversee IT security measures to protect against cyber threats and data breaches
- Provide comprehensive technical support to resolve system issues and user inquiries
- Administer and optimize Office 365 environment for seamless collaboration
- Manage SQL databases to ensure data integrity and performance
- Support ERP, WMS, and Autocount systems including troubleshooting and upgrades
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, policies, and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and security protocols
- Proficiency in Office 365, SQL, ERP systems, WMS, and Autocount
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certifications in IT security or relevant technologies preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
