Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain end-to-end IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and communication systems.
- Oversee daily IT operations to ensure maximum uptime and system reliability for all business units.
- Implement and monitor robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive company data and systems.
- Provide prompt technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and peripheral device issues.
- Manage inventory of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology needs and implement software/hardware upgrades.
- Maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and network configuration records.
- Perform regular data backups and disaster recovery testing to ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management.
- Strong technical proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and office networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices, firewall management, and data encryption.
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware issues and software configuration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
