Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware systems including servers, workstations, and network equipment
- Manage and optimize IT infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and performance
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues through systematic troubleshooting
- Implement security protocols and best practices for system protection
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, maintenance, and support
- Document IT processes, configurations, and incident reports
- Provide technical guidance to team members and end-users
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in hardware and system administration
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments and networking fundamentals
- Certifications in CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
