Responsibilities

  • Provide first‑level technical support via phone, email, and in‑person for hardware and software issues
  • Diagnose and resolve Windows, macOS, and network connectivity problems quickly and efficiently
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and peripherals
  • Manage user accounts, email, and permissions using Active Directory and Microsoft 365
  • Maintain accurate IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and asset records
  • Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, software licensing, and network upgrades
  • Monitor network performance and assist in implementing IT policies and security best practices
  • Participate in IT projects, system migrations, and office technology upgrades as needed

Qualifications

  • Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 1‑3 years of experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS, macOS, and common office applications
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and local area networks
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users
