Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of user accounts, including creation, modification, and deactivation across various platforms.
- Ensure all user access requests comply with internal security policies and corporate governance standards.
- Address and resolve user inquiries and helpdesk tickets related to identity and access permissions promptly.
- Perform regular user access revalidations and audits to prevent unauthorized access and ensure data security.
- Escalate complex technical issues or potential security vulnerabilities to senior administrators and security teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and audit trails for all identity management activities.
- Support general operational needs and assist in IT security projects as required by the management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or NITEC in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Cybersecurity and Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and directory services, such as Active Directory.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- High level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information securely.
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
