Job Description
Courts Singapore is looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our dynamic infrastructure team in the East Region. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the core IT systems that power our retail and corporate operations across Singapore.
You will oversee the planning and execution of network, server, and cloud solutions, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. Working closely with crossâfunctional teams, youâll drive strategic initiatives such as cloud migration, virtualization, and automation, while maintaining compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Key duties include managing infrastructure projects from concept to delivery, supervising a team of engineers and technicians, and establishing robust disasterârecovery and backup procedures. You will also be responsible for vendor management, contract negotiations, and budgeting for hardware, software, and services.

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterpriseâwide network, server, and cloud infrastructure.
- Lead infrastructure projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery within deadlines.
- Manage and mentor a team of IT engineers and technicians, fostering continuous improvement.
- Ensure high availability, disasterârecovery, and backup solutions for critical systems.
- Develop and enforce IT security policies, compliance standards, and best practices.
- Optimize system performance through monitoring, capacity planning, and troubleshooting.
- Negotiate and oversee vendor contracts, service level agreements, and procurement processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on network and server administration.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux server environments, as well as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Solid understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, HyperâV, etc.) and containerization.
- Experience with IT security frameworks, firewalls, VPN, and intrusion detection systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
