Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and communication systems.
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for complex system issues to minimize operational downtime.
- Oversee IT security protocols, data backup, and disaster recovery planning to safeguard corporate assets.
- Lead the deployment and configuration of hardware and software solutions across the retail environment.
- Manage vendor relationships, service level agreements (SLAs), and IT procurement processes.
- Monitor network performance and optimize configurations for maximum reliability and speed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute IT infrastructure upgrades and digital transformation projects.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in the retail or MNC sector.
- Strong technical expertise in Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Hands-on proficiency in network configuration, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
