We are seeking a hands-on IT Onsite End User Computing Engineer to join our dynamic team in Singapore's West Region. In this critical role, you will be the front-line expert managing modern endpoints, troubleshooting real issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations for our growing organization. You will work closely with M365, Intune, and enterprise IT environments to deliver a secure, productive user experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and support the full lifecycle of end-user devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) using modern management tools like Microsoft Intune.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction.
- Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Implement and enforce endpoint security policies, patch management, and compliance standards.
- Create and maintain documentation for procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with IT teams to automate tasks, improve workflows, and enhance the overall EUC environment.
- Participate in IT projects such as migrations, upgrades, and rollouts of new technologies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in End User Computing or IT support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management (Intune, SCCM).
- Solid understanding of Windows 10/11, macOS, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM) and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, CompTIA A+) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
