Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze IT system performance to ensure optimal operation and availability
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across the IT infrastructure
- Implement and maintain system monitoring tools and alerting mechanisms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate system updates and maintenance
- Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports
- Conduct regular system health checks and performance optimization
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT infrastructure upgrades
- Provide technical support to end-users and escalate complex issues as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in IT operations or system administration
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, servers, and cloud technologies
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or similar
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, ITIL, or relevant cloud certifications are a plus
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) for automation tasks
