Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, networks, and servers to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of hardware and software.
- Support the implementation of IT security measures and protocols.
- Participate in incident management and root cause analysis.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably STEM or Business, but not required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
