Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle for IT hardware, software licenses, and professional service agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global and local IT vendors to ensure competitive pricing and service level agreement (SLA) adherence.
- Draft, review, and negotiate procurement contracts and purchase orders to maximize cost savings and minimize risk.
- Conduct thorough market research and vendor analysis to identify the best value solutions for IT requirements.
- Monitor procurement KPIs, including cycle times and cost savings, to ensure departmental goals are met.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to forecast IT requirements and align procurement activities with project timelines.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all procurement activities to ensure compliance with internal audit requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT procurement or strategic sourcing.
- Strong understanding of software licensing agreements, hardware procurement, and cloud service subscriptions.
- Proven track record in contract negotiation and vendor management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
