Goodman Tech BPO OPC is actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated IT Project Coordinator / Project Manager (MSP) — Bilingual French/English to join our team in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila. This is an urgent requirement for a professional who can immediately contribute to our fast-paced Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment.
In this dual role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing IT projects from conception through delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards. You will serve as the primary point of contact for French- and English-speaking clients, requiring exceptional bilingual communication skills. Your project management expertise will be critical in planning, executing, and monitoring projects while maintaining strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
Key aspects of the role include stakeholder management, resource coordination, risk assessment, and quality assurance. You will work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of IT solutions. With a PMP certification and prior MSP experience, you will bring best practices to our project lifecycle, driving efficiency and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate IT projects for a portfolio of MSP clients from initiation to closure.
- Communicate effectively in both French and English with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Maintain project documentation in both French and English.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification.
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Coordinator or Project Manager in an MSP environment.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud services.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
